The features of the morphogenesis of the mandible of mature rats during im-plantation to the tibia biogenic hydroxyapatite, saturated iron in different concentrations was studied. It has been shown, that the application of the defect in the tibia bone was accompanied by inhibition of the rate of longitudinal and transverse growth of the mandible, decrease the width of zones of condylar cartilage and its components, in violation of dentinogenesis, an imbalance of the chemical composition of dentin incisor and bone its branch, destabilization of the crystal lattice and decrease the strength of the mandible. It was found that implantation in the area of biogenic hydroxyapatite bone defect without additives accompanied by smoothing the above negative effects "syndrome breakthrough" from 60 to 90 days of the experiment. Thus, the saturation of the material OC-015 increased the iron smoothing effect of implantation on the morphogenesis of the mandible, the degree of which depended on the concentration of iron in the implant. The optimal concentration of iron in the implanted material - 0,15%, while the use of which was detected most pronounced in amplitude and duration (from 15 to 90 days) the corrective influence on the studied parameters morphogenesis of the mandible.
