The thesis presents the theoretical generalization and a new approach to an important and urgent task, which is to establish and experimental verification of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of readiness lyceum to choose professions in management: improving vocational work Lyceum toward choosing professions students in management, organization student's self as the leading form of training students has to choose profession manager, introducing technology forming the lyceum to choose professions in management. The content of the basic concepts of research and the essence of the key concepts of the study - "willingness to consciously choose occupations in management" and "forming the students has to make a conscious choice of profession in the field of management". Defined components of readiness lyceum to the choice of occupations in management (cognitive, personality and activity), their criteria (cognitive: knowledge about the subject and ways of working, understanding the business and its requirements for personality, intellectual development, cognitive processes, personality: traits professionally significant qualities, positive attitude toward the profession, life values, needs, ability to communicate, interact, developing emotional intelligence, health status, physiological capacity, of activity: social skills and significant experience and skills in information and computer facilities information technology skills of information processes) levels (low, medium, sufficient, high) and their performance. Based on the survey results, recommendations for the implementation of research results in practice at schools and other educational establishments.
