Essay

Object of research. Working processes in braking systems of cars which characterize a technical condition of elements of systems. The purpose of dissertation research is improvement of diagnostic providing the braking system of cars by a way of improvement of methods of definition of deceleration and pressure of a working liquid of the braking system that will allow to increase reliability of an assessment of its technical condition. Subject of investigation. Processes of deceleration and change of pressure of a working liquid which are the base for diagnosing of the braking system. Scientific novelty of the results detained: perspective approach to an assessment of a technical condition of the main knots of the braking system, based on the analysis of joint action of force in a pedal drive gear and its conveyance, system pressure and speed of rotation of chassis dynamometers that gives the chance to define phases and parameters of working process of braking is reasonable; for the first time the interrelation between an active piston stroke of the master brake cylinder (MBC), pressure, compressibility and escape of a working liquid in system that will allow to define a place and a type of the arisen failure is established; for the first time at diagnostic procedures of the braking system it is offered to determine the beginning and size of an active piston stroke of a master cylinder by the speed of increase of pressure with use of conveyance and reduction ratio of a pedal of a hydraulic drive gear; the method of an assessment of a technical condition of the wheel brake gear by criterion of brake efficiency which differs that the coefficient of brake efficiency is presented as the relation of deceleration to pressure in the brake gear has further development. The mathematical model allows to define a technical condition of each knot of the braking system. The PDS-L stand is improved, sensors and a hardware-software complex which allows to carry out operations of technological processes of diagnosing in the automated mode are developed. Calculations are executed, over-the-road and bench tests as a result of which adequacy of the developed mathematical models is checked, degree of readiness of the developed technical means are carried out and the database is saved up. Results of probes are entered into educational process of TESA HNADU chair in the form of laboratory works and manual sections on discipline "Technical operation of cars". Results of scientific probe are entered and are used in the Karsis scientific and production enterprise, at the enterprise Toyota the Avtoart Kharkov Center.
