Essay

Dissertation is devoted to functional and system analysis of the professional activity motivation of teachers of the new type general educational institutions, definition of methods and techniques to increase the level of teachers' motivation. The scientific essence of concepts "professional motivation of teachers of secondary schools", "motivation", "needs", "motivational sphere", "attitude towards teaching profession", "educational orientation" was defined; the composition of teachers' motivational sphere (needs, motives, goals, emotions, interests) were determined; the key parameters of measuring educational orientation (willingness to work, satisfaction, effectiveness, ability) were identified; a number of psychosocial factors to the relationship of the teacher profession (factors that determine the choice of profession ; professional factors, personality factors) were highlighted; the style of professional activity (performing style, formal style, personality semantic style, extreme style) were researched; methods of teachers' motivation were divided into three groups (methods of studying teaching experience, methods of theoretical study and mathematical methods ); two rounds of factors affecting the ability of teachers to work effectively (working conditions and work content) were defined; socio-psychological types of teachers (young professionals, professionals, creators, punctual, nurse ) were researched; ways to increase motivation for all socio-psychological types (economic ways, intellectual and creative resource and status methods) were identified; ways to increase motivation by management (money, approval, free time, understanding and expression of interest in employee, promotion service and personal growth, providing of independence and the ability to do favorite work, awards) were identified; leadership styles (authoritarian, democratic and liberal) were examined.
