Objective of the research is the theory and practice of learning and educational process in national Pedagogy; subject of the research is the content and establishment of interrelation between school, family, and society in upbringing children (1945-1991 years); purpose of the research is the retrospective analysis and theoretical grounding of interrelation between school, family, and society in national Pedagogy (1945-1991 years); methods of the research - specific character of the object and purpose determined the usage of traditional methodology which includes general scientific, historical, and sociological methods. They allow to investigate the main ideas of learned experience, and perspectives of its implementation in modern educational process in Ukraine; novelty of the research is determined by the fact that the complex retrospective analysis of interrelation between school, family, and society in upbringing children (1945-1991 years) was done for the first time; defining and arrangement of content, methods, forms, and means of interrelation between school, family, and society in upbringing children (1945-1991 years) got further development; scientific beliefs concerning establishment and development of national pedagogical thought about interrelation between school, family, and society in upbringing children during the period of 1945-1991 years were made more profound.
