Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of epistemological bases of ethnic-pedagogical knowledge from philosophical and educational positions and presents human dimensionality as a methodological principle of its creation, recreation and translation. The possibilities and subject limits of ethnic pedagogics in cultural growth of a person are found out, which did it possible to establish the reasons of its limitations, the main of which is the increased orientation of ethnic-pedagogical field of knowledge to general scientific and concrete scientific methodology (pedagogical) and complete ignoring of philosophical level of methodology, that complicated the development of ethnic-pedagogical knowledge. It is well-proven that modern sociocultural processes, in particular the process of national revival, modernization changes in education in post non-classical character of science, crisis of scientism promoted interest to view-spiritual practice in development of knowledge, that is why human dimensionality is defined as a methodological and practical orientation of development of modern ethnic-pedagogical knowledge. Heuristic acquisitions of humanities in relation to experience of ethnic education are generalized. This experience is worth taking into account in the process of forming of ethnic-pedagogical competence. Understanding of ethnic pedagogics, view of inter subjects synthesis, presentation of methodological approaches directed on reduction of ethnic-cultural life of a person is further developed, and also the mechanism of human dimensionality implementation of ethnic-pedagogical knowledge in pedagogical education of Ukraine is improved.
