Essay

The thesis of Semenova M.O. is devoted to the investigation of nootropics and bronchodilators for cognitive impairment arising from acute and chronic bronhoobstrutsiyi and complex study of pharmacological activity combined use of "leader" among nootropics (citicoline dose of 500 mg / kg) with the major bronchodilator drugs (salbutamol and salmeterol / fluticasone propionate). In screening studies established the most active nootropics for antihy, antioxidant and antiamnesia properties, built a number of activities. Established that the use of bronchodilators are unable to meet nevilyuvaty negative impact of hypoxia. which develops when bronchoobstruction on cognitive function. Found that the use of citicoline allowed to reduce violations cognitive functions more than 70% in all groups investigated the background reliably significant increase mental processes and behavioral reactions, even in comparison with the group of healthy animals. It is shown that the combined use nootropics, including citicoline dose of 500 mg / kg with major bronchodilator drugs, completely eliminates the effects of chronic hypoxia (caused by experimental bronhoobctruktsiyeyu) on cognitive function, improving processes as learning, and the ability to memorize and play a previously saved Information. In addition, our results indicate that the concomitant use of bronchodilators nootropics means you not only reduce the impact of chronic hypoxia on mnestical processes and leash reactions, but also significantly improve them (which is evident in the performance of groups nootropics exceed groups of intact animals) . Nootropics can be used as a complementary drug for diseases that are accompanied by bronchial syndrome.
