Object: scientific and pedagogical heritage of C. Rogers; aim: to reveal and systematize pedagogical ideas of C. Rogers and generalize his experience of educational activity, methods: analysis and synthesis, the method of main array, biographical, historical and retrospective, comparative, system-structural methods; novelty: the main stages of educational activity of C. Rogers were described, the social and historical factors of its formation and development, the formation of philosophical foundations of pedagogical position were determined, the innovative content, forms and methods were revealed and characterized, the experience of the educational activity of Carl Rogers was summarized, the main directions of C. Rogers pedagogical ideas usage in the education system of Ukraine were determined; the scientific understanding about the pedagogical views of C. Rogers on the problem of interaction between the subjects of training and upbringing; branch: General Pedagogics and History of Pedagogics
