Akulenko O. Peculiarities of activity of regional public health care authority's head under the conditions of field reformation

Object of study - the professional activities of a head of government health region. The aim - development of theoretical concepts and practical recommendations for improvement of the head of state body health region under reform. Methods of the research: scientific identification, semantic, methods of system analysis and comparative analysis of the functional method, the method of expert estimations. Scientific novelty of the results is that the thesis the actual scientific task of developing theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the improvement of the head of the governing body health region under reform based on identifying the main features of his work in the modern world. As part of the research performed personal research results of the author lies in the fact that, for the first time: conceptually grounded nature, content and features of the head of the governing body health region defined regulation of the functions of management reform, principles and structure of government in the context of social needs in terms of reforming health care in Ukraine improved: theoretical basis of determining latent factors that shape the effectiveness of public-management executives of government health care, scientific evidence of the role and functionality of the new organizational and management structures in government and public sector involved in the realization of health reform on the local level conceptual approaches to objective evaluation of management executives of government health region. It only took further development: rationale and incentive indicators destymulyuyuchoho influence regional governments to build health systems, the definition of criteria used to evaluate state-management activities during of applicants, personnel qualification certification and heads of regional government health .
