Voloshchuk I. Shaping of the Work-related Values Orientations of Senior Pupils in the Technical Lyceum.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of shaping of the work-related values orientations of senior pupils in the technical lyceum. The philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of the problems of shaping of the work-related values orientations of the senior pupils are analyzed; the essence of the term "the work-related values orientations of senior pupils" is specified. The structural components, criteria, indices and levels of their shaping are characterized. The pedagogical conditions of work-related values shaping in the educational process of the technical lyceum are defined: the usage of pedagogical methods with the purpose of extension the knowledge about the work-related values, the implementation of shaping work-related values methods aimed on interiorization of work-related values, the organization of a collaborative work between the Universities and technical lyceums. Their effectiveness is experimentally tested.
