Essay

mathematical methods, models and information technologies in economics. - Taras Shevchenko national University of Kyiv. Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine. - Kyiv, 2012. The dissertation is devoted to research of the real estate market involving asymmetric information. The thesis investigates signs of cyclical real estate market in Ukraine and shows the feasibility of using correlation between the growth in household incomes and home prices to analyze cycling. Any real estate market suffers from 2 main sources of asymmetric information: information about the current local market conditions, economic and social dynamics; information about real condition of the property. The model and algorithm for evaluation of residential properties using statistical methods were introduced. The observed linear relationship between the factors in the model allows individuals who assess property to set the value of residential real estate without using individual subjective evaluations for each object.
