Kobernik A. Pharmacological correction inflammatory processes by native component of peloid and saline

The present thesis is devoted to the study of pharmacological correction inflammatory processes by native components of peloid and of Kuyalnik Estuary saline. The conditions for obtaining experimental dry samples of peloid and saline to ensure the preservation of their pharmacological properties were study. It was developed new medicinal forms from native components of the peloid and complex of mineral salts. The level of their anti-inflammatory activity on the model carrageenan-induced inflammation was study. The volume of rat paw backs to the initial rates on the 7th experimental day (the ointment) and on the 8-th experimental day (dressings with peloid and complex mineral salts). It was shown that the use of dosage forms have positive effect on biochemical response of rats. The biochemical indexes returns to the normal range of physiological parameters for cholinesterase activity (10th day), seromucoid content (10th day), sialic acid content (6th day), total protein (6th day) and leukocyte count (from 6th to 8th day). The developed medicinal forms can be used as alternative drugs in the treatment of inflammatory processes.
