Zub M. The Organizational and Economic Mechanism of the Regulation and Development of the Regional Labour Market in the Conditions of European Integration.

Dissertation is devoted to the working out the theoretical and methodical foundations and practical recommendations concerning the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation and development of the regional labour market in the conditions of European integration. The structural and logical model of the organizational and economic mechanism of the regulation and development of the regional labour market, based on the objective laws of the evolutionary development and on the criteria of modern paradigm of the regulation of the labour market in the conditions of European integration is worked out and this model includes: methods, principles, functions, instruments, levers, measures and the system of the influence on the effective employment of the region's population. Theoretical principles, methodical and practical aspects of the conducting of monitoring of the development of the regional labour market are developed in the dissertation; the author presents the succession of this monitoring which includes three steps: preparation for the conducting of monitoring, conducting of the main monitoring procedures and the results of the monitoring of the development of the regional labour market.
