Essay

The dissertation covers to the study of the biochemical disorders in the erythrocytes of patients with various severity of burn shock. Alteration of nitrate/nitrite concentration and reduced glutathione and ceruloplasmin contents and activity of superoxidedismutase was studied in the blood of burnt patients before L-arginine solution administration and after its infusions during 3 days. Level of toxins was determined in the plasma and erythrocytes for assessment of the effectiveness of detoxification therapy.
