Essay

Dissertation is devoted a study of gas-exchange, energy, carbohydrate and fatty metabolism for Holstein lactating cows and 40-60-day-old calves and to the ground of questions of the compatible use of hydrogumate and salts of copper, cobalt and iodine, with the purpose of correction physiology and biochemistry status and improvement of the productivity of animals. The results of researches prove that the action of hydrogumate considerably increases on condition of correction of rations of cows after a copper, cobalt and iodine, which is characterized by a highest level of gas-exchange, heat production, activation of intermediate exchange of carbohydrates. Such changes show up activation of utilization of glucose with simultaneous increase of content ?-lipoproteins and phospholipids. In addition, increase peroxidase and lipase activity of blood. The level of yields grows at these terms, the alimentary value of milk does not change. It is found out, that for calves on a background enriching of rations by a copper, cobalt and iodine shows a most effect of hydrogumate, - the gas-exchanges is activated, heat production, the amount of red blood cells, concentration of glucose, triacylglycerols and phospholipids rises, that on a background the decline of correlation lactat/piruvat and level of glycoproteins specify on the growth of efficiency of energy processes and improvement of the condition of liver. It is well-proven the results of researches, that the complex use of hydrogumate and trace elements (copper, cobalt and iodine) for Holstein cows and calves the functional state improves them, also improves the milk productivity and average daily gain with a high economic effect
