Storozhev S. Modeling mechanisms to counter corruption in the case of uncertainty

Object of research: processes of counteraction of corruption. Purpose of research: development of models of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption in the conditions of vagueness and unclearness of statistical and expert exogenous information for support of effective administrative decisions in local anticorruption strategies. Methods of research: methods of theory of fuzzy sets; vehicle of algebra of unclear intervals; methods of theory of research of the difficult ramified systems of hierarchical structure. Results: the analysis of the socio-economic phenomenon of corruption and existent economical and mathematical models of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption is carried out; the special classification of corruption actions and methods of fight is offered against a corruption; conception of economical and mathematical modeling of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption is worked out in the conditions of vagueness; classification of key factors is worked out for the construction of models of support of decisions on counteraction of corruption with the unclear exogenous parameters of quantitative and verbal nature; offered approach to formalization of quantitative and verbal parameters for the unclear mathematical models of support of administrative decisions on counteraction of corruption in a home economy in the conditions of vagueness; the unclear model of estimation of index of corruption firmness is worked out and realized for the subjects of process of the public purchasing in Ukraine; the unclear models of estimation of indexes of post corruption losses are built and realized in public institutions and subjects of menage of Ukraine; the unclear model of prognostication of efficiency of input of the specialized local strategies of counteraction of corruption is created and realized in the conditions of vagueness on the basis of generalization of criterion of Hurwitz; the computer system of support of making decision is worked out. Novelty: it is first worked out : conception of construction of unclear multicriterion models of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption in the conditions of vagueness; improved: classification of corruption actions and methods of fight against a corruption; method of prognostication of efficiency of the specialized local strategies of counteraction of corruption in the conditions of vagueness; got further development: methodology of application of vehicle of theory of fuzzy sets in the tasks of design of mechanisms of counteraction of corruption in the conditions of vagueness.
