Essay

Тhe object of research is the development of health care in Ukraine in the system of social protection. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of health in the social system of the state and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of health care as part of the social security system. Methods: abstract logic, Economics and Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Systems Analysis, and others. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of health research in the social protection system and develop scientific recommendations for the development of health care in the context of minimizing the impact of social risks. Bottom line: lies in the fact that the theoretical and methodological findings to the level of specific proposals and recommendations. Scientific novelty: the first defines the strategic direction of health care in the social protection system in Ukraine and proposed conceptual foundations of health care reform in the context of social protection, improved: conceptual mechanism for the formation and implementation of social protection, the mechanism of health care in the social protection system in Ukraine were undercut: definitions: "social security", "health", scientific and methodological principles of organizational support for health system of social protection. Degree of implementation: findings put into practice the Health of Department, Donetsk Regional State Administration, Health Department of Donetsk City Council, the Department of Labor and Social Affairs of the Donetsk City Council, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce; Hospital "Sitko-MRT" as well as in the educational process of Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
