Essay

The thesis is devoted to validation of the feasibility of using phosphatidylcholine liposomes for correction of experimental arterial hypertension of various origins. Studies were conducted on intact rats and rats with arterial hypertension induced in various models: inherited spontaneous hypertension, arterial pressure increase due to radiation exposure, renovascular hypertension and arterial hypertension induced by inhibition of myoendothelial gap junctions. The obtained data demonstrate the feasibility of use of phosphatidylcholine liposomes in cases, when endothelial dysfunction is a main component of the development of arterial hypertension.
