Essay

It was shown, that the same effect of fludinate and fluorouracil effect on organism and fludinat is 2 times less toxic on mice (LD50 296 mg/kg and 141 mg/kg), 3,3 times less toxic on rats (LD50 447 mg/kg and 136 mg/kg). Fludinat and fluorouracil have mean degree of cumulation. Comparative study of fludinat and fluorouracil effect using equitoxic doses - LD50 on organs and systems possessing high proliferative activity (spleen, bone marrow, thymus, immune system, gastrointestinal tract epithelium) demonstrated that effect of fludinate is less destructive. Morphological studies of organs and tissues of tumor-bearing animals (Plisse lymphosarcoma) have confirmed results of oncopharmacological experiments and optimal regimen of fludinate using is 100 mg/kg х 72 ч х 4. Study of fludinat and fluorouracil effect on animal organism optimal regimen demonstrated that effect of fludinate is less destructive: fluorouracil - severe decrease of lymphoid tissue in spleen, bone marrow cells, edema of small intestine epithelium.
