Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the effectiveness and safety of treatment of anthracycline antibiotics based on a study of the drug with cardioprotective properties - vinboron. In animal experiments it was proved that during the medical introductions of vinboron during acute and chronic myocardial doxorubicin damage the drug demonstrates a pronounced cardioprotective effect. By the magnitude of cardioprotective action in experimental acute doxorubicin myocardiodystrophy vinboron almost matched against thyotriazoline and sometimes dominates the latter, especially in experimental chronic doxorubicin cardiomyopathy.
