Bjelova O. Adjusting of collective labour dispute is in the system of social partnership in Ukraine

The object of research is the process of regulation of collective labor disputes in the system of social partnership in Ukraine. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of social research partnerships and develop research and practical implications for the regulation of collective labor disputes in the system of social partnership in Ukraine. Methods: historical, abstract logic and formal logic, a method of economic and statistical analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization, sociological methods, systematic approach, and others. Theoretical Results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of collective labor disputes and develop scientific recommendations to improve the content and leverage tools of social partnership in Ukraine. Bottom Line: lies in the fact that the results will contribute to the development of approaches to improve the regulation of collective labor disputes in the system of social partnership. Scientific novelty: the first time: proposed creation of a unified information platform for social and labor relations, the structure developed unified information platform in terms of collective labor disputes; improved: a typology of labor disputes; generalized sequence of steps diagnosis collective labor dispute; conceptual approach to the implementation of monitoring studies of conflict labor relations scheme of systematic sociology and statistical monitoring study of labor conflict, received further development: the authors' definition of the concepts of "social conflict", "collective labor dispute," "collective labor dispute", "mechanism of social dialogue." Degree of implementation: findings put into practice the National Mediation and Conciliation in the Donetsk region, Donetsk Oblast Council of Trade Unions Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, LLC "STA" (Donetsk), PA "Donkredyt" (Donetsk city) JSC "Donetskstal "- Steel Works" and in the learning process, Donetsk National University.
