The thesis of Mohamad Assaf is devoted to the experimental research of the anti-inflammatory properties of the common budrock thick extracts. Found conditionally effective dose extracts of the root and leaves of burdock, which is 25 mg / kg, was determined. Found that an extract of the leaves of burdock has expressed antiexudative, membranoprotective, hepatoprotective, choleretic, and moderate antiproliferative, reparative, analgesic, antipyretic activity. Burdock root extract shows a pronounced antiproliferative, reparative, antipyretic, choleretic, and moderate hypouricemic antiexudative, membranoprotective and hepatoprotective effects. Also diuretic activity of burdock drugs detected. Studies prove promising introduction thick extracts of burdock root and leaves of burdock to therapy of inflammatory diseases of connective tissue and joints, including gout and liver disorders.
