Essay

The object of study is the development of trade union activity in the regulation of social and labor relations. The aim is to improve the theoretical, scientific and practical foundations for the development of trade union activity in the contractual regulation of labor relations. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction method unity of the historical and logical, comparative approach, positive and normative approaches, statistical, economic and mathematical method of comparative analysis, graphing. Theoretical results: composed in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of accumulation of human capital and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the use of regulatory tools of this process in the direction of increasing the role of households. Practical results: composed in deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of trade union activities in the socio-economic development and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of contractual regulation in the context of improving the methodological basis for the formation of a modern model of social partnership. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a multi-layer integrated model of social partnership; proposed scientific and methodological basis for quantifying the degree of the economic interests of economic operators to determine the nature and basis of calculation of the integral index combination thereof; improved: the scientific and methodological basis for the development of trade union activities in the contract regulation of social and labor relations; theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of national models of social partnership have been further developed: the theoretical foundations of the study of interaction between employers and employees in the system of labor relations, organizational and economic basis for improvement of trade union activity in Ukraine. The degree of implementation: the results of the study introduced into practice the Main Statistical Office in Donetsk Region, Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Donetsk City Council, CJSC "Donetskstal - Metallurgical Plant", as well as used in the educational process in the Donetsk National University. Application areas: inter-industry.
