The object of research is the process of accumulation of human capital in the system to ensure the development of households. The aim is to deepen the theoretical and methodological, organizational, economic and applied principles of accumulation of human capital through the provision of households. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction method unity of the historical and logical, comparative approach, positive and normative approaches, statistical, economic and mathematical method of comparative analysis, graphing. Theoretical results: composed in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of accumulation of human capital and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the use of regulatory tools of this process in the direction of increasing the role of households. The Bottom Line: consist in the fact that his theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical provisions, conclusions and recommendations are organizational and economic support of proposals to improve the accumulation of human capital by ensuring the development of households. Scientific novelty: for the first time: proposed systemic and methodological support of the process of accumulation of human capital on the basis of households, improved: the conceptual basis of the accumulation of human capital through the provision of household forms of government influence, organizational and economic principles of the regulation of the accumulation of human capital in view of the established priority role of the state investment compared to the investments of households, were further developed: systematization of the problems of modern households, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the accumulation of human capital.
