The thesis is devoted to experimental substantiation of expediency of applying the most effective ointment form polimikroelement biogenic drug "Marepolimiel" in the treatment of inflammatory and traumatic processes of the skin of various origins. It has been shown that the ointment form of the drug "Marepolimiel" based on PEG-400 : PEG-1500 containing 50% of complex minerals of sea water, has a distinct anti-inflammatory activity in models karragenine, histamine, serotonin edema and more distinct reparative properties of uninfected and infected models of linear and planar wound and burn wound skin in rats compared with reference drug - ointment "Vulnuzan." It has been established that the wound-healing mechanisms of ointment "Marepolimiel" are associated with the activation of microcirculatory processes in the area of ??traumatic injury, stimulation of protein synthesis by liver, together with antioxidant, and membraneprotective, anticytolitic properties, normalization of protein, nitrogen metabolism, decrease levels of endogenous intoxication and immunocorrective effect, positive effect on the process of wound healing in the early stages after reproduction. In acute and chronic experiments in the ointment "Marepolimiel" no evidence of toxic and locally irritating action has been found.
