Pavlova N. The forming of life values in primary school children in the process of physical education

The dissertation deals with the problem of forming up life values in primary school children in the process of physical education. The paper contains the analysis of the current state of research in the problem within theory and practice of psychology and education. The work presents the theoretical analysis of modern approaches to determining levels of life values presence in primary school kids in the process of physical education in both individual and collective activities. Different techniques of determining levels of development of socially significant qualities in young schoolkids relevant to forming life values have been analyzed. The pedagogical potential of the subject "Physical Education" in primary school has been demonstrated. The pedagogical conditions motivating primary school children to self-cultivation in the process of physical education have been determined. A complex pedagogical research has been carried out on the basis of which a model promoting the forming of life values has been worked out. The experimental group of schoolchildren demonstrated a positive dynamics of motor activity of creative abilities which proves that the structure of life values and theoretical model based on it are effective.
