Dymytrov V. Management as an Object of the Philosophical Reflection

The dissertation investigated by philosophical reflection governance as social action and social institutions on the basis of theoretical and methodological and philosophical components from the perspective of the needs of conceptual management. The author concludes that philosophical reflection has entered administration to consider philosophical, epistemological, axiological and Praxeological components associated with the implementation of human functions in the object-subject relations in society. Investigated stages of formation and development of management theory from spontaneity to acquiring the status of scientific knowledge. The necessity of use of management topics explored interdisciplinary approach systematology and synergy within an integrated approach. Submitted social and philosophical explication dichotomy of "subject-object" in management as a projection of egalitarianism and elitism in the organizational field, given the genetic relationship of the laws of social development and its management poses the problem of centralization and decentralization. The mechanisms of adaptation of society to changes in the environment through innovation as a social strategy in contemporary conditions is evidence human orientation. Found that globalization allows borrowing positive management experience, including Japanese models, but taking into account such factors as socio-political situation, mentality, traditions, etc., which may be useful for optimizing social processes in Ukraine.
