Nikonorova M. Development of supermarket personnel's psychological readiness for organizational conflict prevention.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of development of supermarket personnel's psychological readiness for organizational conflict prevention. The paper contains the theoretical substantiation, methodical principles and the results of the empirical research of the problem in question. The author analyzes the nature, types, and causes of organizational conflicts in supermarkets as well as reveals the content and structure of the psychological readiness of supermarket personnel for organizational conflicts prevention. The investigation found the supermarket personnel's psychological readiness for organizational conflict prevention to be at low levels of development. The author analyzes the correlations between the main components of supermarket personnel's psychological readiness for organizational conflict prevention and a number of mezzo level factors (characteristics of social-psychological climate in the supermarket subunits) and micro level factors (the respondents' education, length of work in a given organization, and family status). The author discusses a special training course 'Supermarket Personnel's Psychological Readiness for Organizational Conflict Prevention'.
