Krykun N. Organizational support of the reproduction of the intellectual potential of the regional society

Research object: reproduction of intellectual potential of the regional society. Research purpose: theoretical generalization and development scientifically of methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to the organizational of reproduction of intellectual potential of the regional society. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; selective research; cross-correlation-regressive, index and comparative analysis; fuzzy logic; questionnaires. Theoretical results consist in development and improvement of scientific theoretical positions in relation to determination of ways of improvement of organizational of reproduction of intellectual potential of the regional society. Theoretical conclusions are taken to the level of practical recommendations which are inculcated in activity: Main administration of economy of Donetsk regional state administration; Managements of innovative policy of Main administration of regional development, bringing in of investments and external economic relations of Donetsk regional state administration; Managements of economy of Volnovakha of district state administration of the Donetsk area; Managements of economy of Makeevka city advice of the Donetsk area; in the educational process of the Donbass national academy of building and architecture of Departments of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: essence of intellectual potential of modern society is specified. The methodical base of measuring of level of intellectual potential of society is investigational and the features of his reproduction are set. The process of reproduction of intellectual potential of society is investigational in Ukraine. The comparative analysis of intellectual potential of the regional society is conducted and the level of his reproduction is appraised taking into account high-quality and quantitative factors. Possibilities of improvement of organizational of realization of intellectual potential are certain at the level of region and developed suggestion in relation to the improvement of his informative providing. Expedience of commercialization of scientific knowledge is grounded through creation of Center of transfer of knowledge in a build industry. The sphere of the use is activity of Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine; State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations; Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations; commissions on questions of economic, innovative and educational policy; organs of local self-government; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
