Essay

The object of study: social processes on the regional labor market. The aim of study: identification and study of scientific foundations of research of management regarding the issues of improvement of diagnosis system of social processes on the regional labor market. Methods of study: historical and logical approach; analysis and synthesis; graphical method; statistical method; method of mathematical modeling. The practical significance of results lies in the process of scientific and practical principles development which allow to organize the state and regional labor market policy taking into account the latest and newest diagnosis and results of their effectively implementation. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the methodological foundations of definition and calculation of indicator system of evaluation of processes and determining of discrimination in regional labor markets were developed. Were implemented: categorial-conceptual apparatus and the basic categories of social management were defined; general approaches to the formation, content and sequence of diagnostic procedures relevant to the current needs of the labor market and the complexity of their regional diversity; approaches to the content and considerable fulfillment of social processes segmentation on the labor market taking into account the changes in economic, socio-cultural and informational nature. Further developments have got: identification of changes and needs in new research approaches in the analysis of the relevant to the EU standards and the latest processes of Information Society development.
