The problem of agrarian university students' creative potential formation during extra-class upbringing process has been researched. On the basis of theoretical and empirical scientific results the pedagogical conditions of agrarian university students' creative potential formation during extra-class upbringing process were proved. Among them there are activating cognitive motivation of agrarian students' creative and professional activity in upbringing process of agrarian university; organization of co-creative interactivity in the system of humanistic relation between teachers and students minding professionalization of agrarian university; applying personally oriented active approach while ensuring access to different cognitive information by means of usage innovative technologies and while organizing discussing of creative ideas, achievements and possibilities of further development. The functional model of agrarian university students' creative potential formation was introduced. Its efficiency was provided with denoted pedagogical conditions that was ecsperimentally proved by means of the author's programme "My Achievements" .
