Theoretic generalization and new approach to the solution of the important and timely task, which resides in substantiation and experimental validation of pedagogical terms of ethical relationships formation of students of politechnical colleges in extracurricular activity: involvement of academic groups' curators into the education directed to the ethical relationships of students, familiarization with subject matter, forms and methods of working with students; curators' usage of groups of technologies, which put students of polytechnical colleges into active position of solving problematic situations, connected with ethical relationships of people in interpersonal communication and the professional one as a part of interpersonal communication; participation of students of politechnical colleges into solving of real-life situations regarded to the values of human interaction in professional and interpersonal cooperation are clarified in the thesis. Criteria and indicators of maturity of ethical relationships between students of polytechnical colleges are defined. Basing on certain indicators and criteria four levels of maturity of ethical relationships between students of polytechnical colleges (low, satisfactory, sufficient, high) are characterized. The courseware for realization of pedagogical terms of forming ethical relationships of students of polytechnical colleges in extracurricular activity is developed and tested.
