The thesis is devoted to the management of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The basic requirements for the knowledge and skills of scientific and pedagogical staff are considered; organizational and methodological principles of managing of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are founded, the technology of management of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is revealed. The model of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is developed, grounded theoretically and tested. The pedagogical research with the described problem proved the effectiveness of the proposed measures, as well as increase the level of professionalism of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education in which the essence and the process of applying the management actions for managing of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education that can be used by teachers, administrators during the implementation of management actions for managing of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education.
