Essay

The object of research is the process of labor market regulation Ukraine in the international labor communication. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving regulation of national labor market in the international labor communication. Research methods: the method of synthesis, system analysis method of comparative analysis, methods of statistical analysis, organizing, economic and mathematical prediction and others. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for organizational, economic and institutional support for national regulation of the labor market in the context of inclusion in the international labor communication. Bottom line: is to identify promising targets of the national labor market to determine the best ways to include Ukraine in the system of international labor communication. Scientific novelty: the first: given the definition of "international labor communication", developed conceptual scheme to take advantage of international labor communication in the context of competitive advantage national economy; improved: organizational and economic framework for the inclusion of Ukraine in the system of international labor communication, organizational and institutional framework labor market as an area of international labor communication; received further development: the definitions of "labor market", "labor migration"; theoretical principles study of the labor market, in particular proved that the feature of national labor markets in the international labor communication is that international labor migration, especially in the highly segment, an important factor is the establishment of international competitive advantages of national economies. Degree of implementation: findings put into practice Donetsk Regional Council, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Employment Centre, JSC "Donetskstal" as well as in the educational process, Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
