Object - the educational process in the classical university; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of future lawyers' acmeological culture forming in the classical university educational process; methods - theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions (discovery of difficulties that intervene future lawyers' acmeological culture forming and overcoming them in the educational process in the classical university; engaging future lawyers in active self-improvement of one's individual and professional potential and getting experience of practical activity in out of class time) and implement them in the classical university educational process; the definition of the term "future lawyer personality's acmeological culture" as a personality formation based on the desire to achieve notable success in one's professional training has been specified; the techniques, methods and forms that facilitate the efficiency of future lawyers' acmeological culture forming have acquired further study; results - the theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of future lawyers' acmeological culture forming have been tested and implemented and are recommended for the usage in the professional training of specialists in law. Theoretical ideas and scientifically generalized data will be valuable for those engaged in writing course, diploma and master degree papers as well as for writing methodological manuals and teaching materials on "Pedagogy", "Higher Educational Institution Pedagogy", "Legal deontology", "Oratory"; field - pedagogy.
