Sіlakova N. The development of the human capital in the context of the investment attractiveness of the higher professional education

The object of study: the development of human capital assets. The aim of study: the definition and justification of scientific principles of study of investment attractiveness of the higher vocational education in the system of human capital assets development on the basis of complex processes of information society standards dissemination. Methods of study: analysis and synthesis; graphical method; induction and deduction; method of comparative characteristics; method of mathematical modeling. The practical significance of results lays in fact that the results of study were taken into consideration by the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade and Makiyivka Economic-Humanitarian Institute; the grounded in the present thesis work conclusions, recommendations and conceptual frameworks are now used in educational process. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the method of calculation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of assessment of the process of development of human capital assets through the investment attractiveness of the higher vocational education. Were implemented: the definition of characteristics of human capital assets development in the context of investment attractiveness of the higher vocational education and the characteristics of its transformation. Further developments have got: the provisions for definition of strategic role of investment in the human capital assets as a common understanding of economic resources in the system of social reproduction; the justification of factors of the human capital assets formation and problems of the higher education in Ukraine.
