The object of study: processes of life-sustaining activity of habitancy. The aim of study: theoretical and methodological study of ways to improve the management over the processes of life-sustaining activity of habitancy. Methods of study: program-objective method; balance method of forecasting; systematic and analytical method; functional and structural method; methods of induction and deduction; methods of structural and logical modeling. The practical significance of results lays in fact that the main provisions of the present thesis work were used in the practice of Donetsk Regional State Administration in the process of "Donbass Health-2020" Program development, as well as in the process of socio-economic development of Donetsk and Makeevka cities and in educational process of Donetsk State University of Management. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the administrative model of interrelated influence of processes of life-sustaining activity and processes of socio-economic development, that are based on the central role of the living standards as a socio-economic cut, was developed. Were implemented: the model of formation of reproductive behavior of habitancy; ways of realization of the process of decent work for citizens of Ukraine providing; the mechanism the administration of the social inclusion of habitancy to the process of socio-economic development of the territories. Further developments have got: scientific approaches to the study of living standards and conditions of people methods of analysis of the process of life-sustaining activity of habitancy.
