Sidorova I. Developing the aesthetic culture of students of pedagogical universities in after class art activity

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the aesthetic culture development of future teachers. Based on the theoretical resources it is analyzed and clarified the importance of students' aesthetic culture of pedagogical universities. It is proved that aesthetic culture is an essential component of pedagogical culture of the teacher and one of the indexes of his professional capacity. It is analyzed the educational influence of art activity as one of the ways of aesthetic culture of students of pedagogical universities development. It is clarified the structural components of students' aesthetic culture in thesis (emotional-motivative, informative-cognitive, creative-active), criteria, indexes and levels of formation of investigated phenomenon. Organizational - pedagogical model of aesthetic culture formation of future teachers is also developed and tested in the thesis. It is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of students' aesthetic culture development.
