The thesis is dedicated to the experimental substantiation of the expediency of creation and usage of Fitovenol capsules – a combined venous toning medicine.It was experimentally proved that Fitovenol capsules have venous toning, angioprotective, anti-thrombotic, membrane stabilizing, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and hypolipidemic activity. The advantage of the Fitovenol medicine over the comparative medicine by all the studied indices was proved on the models of histamine,carragenin and zymosan induced inflammations, spontaneous erythrocyte haemolysis, venous congestion in rats' tails, acute thrombophlebitis and experimental hyperlipidemia. By their pharmacological action spectrum Fitovenol capsules meet the direction of the pharmacotherapy of chronic venous diseases.
