Andriyanenkov O. Еxperimental study using both Thlaspi arvense as a corrector of reproductive functions

The work is devoted to the study of pharmacological thick extract of Thlaspi arvense on the model of rats carragenin edema. The presence of mild anti-inflammatory effect of extract at a dose of 100 mg / kg, which is realized through direct antioxidant action of the extract components and inhibition of release of inflammation mediators. Found that a thick extract Thlaspi arvense has no effect on glomerular filtration and mineralocorticoid control systems of renal function. There is proven antimicrobial activity of the extract against clinically significant pathogens of chronic prostatitis: S. aureus,E. coli, P. aeruginosa, P. vulgaris, B. subtilis. During the course of the thesis are showing therapeutic efficacy of extract of Thlaspi arvense in models prostatitis different etiologies: cryologycal damage, turpentine and prostatic hyperplasia. Found that the pharmacological anti-inflammatory effect of extract Thlaspi arvense due to the implementation, membran protection, antioxidant, antiproliferative, hormons normalization kinds of actions. The extract has the ability to normalizated indicators of functional activity of sperm count. The research can be recommended for the further research in order to replenish the arsenal of national prostate protection natural drugs.
