Sus G. The influence of ecological, hygienic and technological factors on functional state of blood erytrhocytic system of cattle

Object of research: clinical, functional state of organism of cattle and young animals and the indices of erythrocytic blood system, endogenous intoxication concerning the influence of ecological, hygienic and technological factors. The aim of research: study the influence of hygienic, ecological and technological factors on functional state of blood erytrhocytic system of cattle. Research methods: hygienic, clinical, hematological, zootechnical, statistical. Scientific novelty: For the first time complex studying of hygienic conditions of the contents, з by the accounting of a season of year, a feeding level and technology factors on a clinical condition and indicators of erythrocytic system of blood of cows from a zone with chronic radionuclide loading is carried out. It was determined, that erythrocytic system of cows is the objective indices of organism reaction on unfavourable cumulative action of negative factors, as technological, as ecological. It is proved, that salt microelements feeding parenteral injection with vitamine A, D, E had the positive influence on the normalization of erythrocytic indices of cows. In new born calves derived from research groups of cows on both farms fed parenterally injected trace elements and vitamins, the improvement of immune status is observed..
