The thesis is devoted to the formation of future managers' psychological readiness for professional-business communication in organizations. The work includes theoretical basis, methodology and findings of an empirical study of this problem. The author analyzes the challenges faced by future managers in the process of their training for the professional-business communication in organizations as well as discusses the content and structure of future managers' psychological readiness for professional-business communication in organizations. The investigation has found poor development of future managers' psychological readiness for professional-business communication in organizations. The author analyzes the correlations between the levels of psychological readiness for professional-business communication in organizations and the students' organizational-professional (year of training, study-and-work combination) and socio-demographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, place of birth). The investigation has determined the desirable methods of future managers' training for professional-business communication in organizations in institutions of higher education and has revealed a significant gap between the desirable and actual training methods as well as the need of a large number of future managers for the psychological training in professional-business communication in organizations. The author discusses the content, structure, and interactive techniques of a specially developed training course 'Formation of future managers' psychological readiness for professional-business communication in organizations'.
