Zirko O. Regulation of structural unemployment оn the labor market

Object of research: the process of adjustment of unemployment in the labor market; objective: To improve the theoretical assumptions, methodological support and develop practical recommendations for the regulation of structural unemployment in the labor market to address imbalances between demand and supply of labor; methods and apparatus: methods of system analysis, statistical analysis, program- target method, image; theoretical and practical results: the definition of "level of structural unemployment" which unlike the existing one, is considered as a general indicator of structural asymmetry in the labor market to determine because of structural imbalances between demand and supply of labor for the vocational qualification level and type of economic activity; a list of factors influencing the level of structural unemployment, the difference is the distribution of economic factors using multivariate correlation and factor analysis into three groups: general economic, business industry of small businesses, which included measures designed to regulate structural unemployment in the labor market combined with demographic and socio-economic factors, regulation of structural unemployment trends in the labor market, a feature of which is to determine the priority of economic activities in the region in terms of gross value added per capita and the level of structural unemployment, taking into account the impacts on the level of structural imbalances in the labor market; methodological approach to determining the quality of structural unemployment in the labor market, which characterizes the asymmetry between demand and supply of labor, the difference of which is the formation of a matrix of diagnosis of the labor market by components: growth rate and the average level of structural unemployment, the sequence and nature of structural unemployment stages of regulation in the market work, a feature which is the account of the educational element of regulation and control of the implementation of the labor market; degree of implementation: developing embedded in the practical work of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Iyichevck district of Mariupol, Kharkov regional employment center, Abstract in teaching discipline "Economic Statistics"; the scope of use: adjust unemployment learning process
