Object: system of scientific-methodological work in experimental educational establishments in Autonomous Republic of Crimea; purpose: is the theoretical justification and practical development of scientific organization model of scientific-methodological work in experimental educational establishments in Autonomous Republic of Crimea; methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical, graphical; novelty: for the first time organization model of scientific-methodological work of teachers in the experimental educational establishments, methodological recommendations for its implementation were prepared, scientifically grounded organizational and pedagogical principles of scientific-methodological work in experimental educational establishments, the structure of teacher’s readiness to experimental research was determined, options of experimental educational establishments were selected, the systematic historical analysis of the formation and development of the national experimental educational establishments was conducted, the experience of the methodological work in the "schools of the Future" in Autonomous Republic of Crimea was analyzed, the essence of the concepts "experimental educational establishments" and "scientific-methodological work in experimental educational establishments" were improved; further acquired theoretical views on the preparation of teachers for experimental research in experimental schools of Ukraine and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea were developed; the results of the study can be used by heads of schools, teachers of postgraduate education institutes and pedagogical universities; field of study: general pedagogy and history of Pedagogy.
