Object: inclusive education in the USA. Objective: to identify the characteristics of the genesis of inclusive education in the USA and determine the perspectives of application of progressive ideas of the American experience into the educational environment of Ukraine. Practical significance: conclusions of the thesis are used to improve the process of implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine, while studying courses "Pedagogy", "Pedagogical skills", "Pedagogy of higher education" as well as at advanced training courses for teachers and during preparing educational manuals.
