Essay

The results of dissertation enabled us to specify the concepts of "education quality" and "educational services quality" on the basis of systemic and goal-oriented analysis of scientific researches, Ukrainian and foreign practices of education quality assessment. The concept of education quality is part of the certain system, which correctly functions when only all its elements can be considered of high-quality. And it is the main peculiarity of this category. Therefore education quality can be only defined during the analysis of its components, according to the set standards and requirements of modern society.
