Rokotyanska V. The pharmacotherapeutic efficacy of the Aronia’s melanocarpa сryo-activated powder at an experimental toxic hepatitis

Thesis devoted to the experimental grounded of expediency of application of Aronia’s melanocarpa сryo-activated powder in conditions of the toxic hepatitis, which has been invoked by tetrachlormethan. In a basis of hepatoprotective action of Aronia melanocarpa, namely a complex of phenolic bonds, first of all flavonoids and phenolic acids which mainly to be contained in raw, lies capability to warn forming propagated membranopathy at the expense of expressed antioxidative action. It is implemented by oppression of intensity of oxidative modification of proteins and lipids and restoration of the level and activity of an antioxidative system components. The hepatoprotective activity of Aronia melanocarpa is also implemented by restoration of an interrelation of components of adenile nucleotides systems, modification of activity of ferments of an energy metabolism, effective correction of metabolic lactoacidosis and stabilisation of an energy homeostasis as a whole. The revealed effects of the drug warn the development of pathologic induced apoptose of hepatocytes that, finally, promotes restoration of an organ’s mass, and, as consequence, normalization of the basic functions of a liver.
