The thesis concerns the problem of automobile motion safety enhancement by increasing the accuracy of motion stability indices under variable operation conditions. The object of the research is the process of automobile stable motion in tracking mode under variable operation parameters. Theoretical part involved mathematical simulation method as well as similarity theory. Practical part involved physical quantities electrical measurement method, fractional accelerations method. Automobile translational motion stability condition under uneven wheels grip decrease was defined. Physical model of wheels grip was further developed, allowing to obtain longitudinal and lateral cohesion coefficients correlation for still, driving, and driven wheels. Automobile stability theory was further developed through more accurate wheels dynamic response values assessment which allowed to obtain more accurate automobile skidding stability indices in tracking mode.
