Essay

The thesis presents the management of philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development at postgraduate educational establishments. The concepts "the management development", "the philological disciplines teachers' professional competence", "the management of philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development" have been specified on the basis of the modern science-theoretic research analysis it he field of management. The model of management of philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development at postgraduate educational establishments has been developed and defined on a basis of systemic, andragogic, acmeologic, competence and qualimetric approaches. The model presupposes completion of the following tasks: the implementation and introduction of the corrective-developing program of the dynamic special course into pedagogical practice of postgraduate establishments of education for the philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development; the selection of the instrumental methods and approaches for effective teachers' practice; the monitoring of results of philological disciplines teachers' professional activity. The model empowers to define the end-point of management of the philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development at the postgraduate establishments, directed on the increase of level of professional competence of philologists to the sufficient and high levels. The model endew ours the developing of the facilities to obtain the results of professional competence level of philological disciplines teachers' at the post graduate educational establishments (factor-criterion (cvalimetric) submodel) and defines the terms for the implementation of the process of management of the philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development at the postgraduate establishments. The method of experimental implementation has been worked out, the results of the research have been analysed, the methodical recommendations related to the implementation of the model of the philological disciplines teachers' professional competence development at the postgraduate establishments have been performed.
