Ostapchuk O. Modeling the Process of Forming Organizational Structure of Industrial Enterprises.

The thesis is aimed at analyzing, substantiation and developing economic and mathematical model of forming and optimizing organizational structure of industrial enterprises. The author suggests a model of forming and optimizing organizational structure of industrial enterprises, based on the principles of solving multicriterion problems of optimization with heterogeneous equal ranking criteria. Methodological approach to defining optimized organizational structure of industrial enterprise was enhanced by means of applying Pareto efficiency management graph. This approach is based on a trade-off choice of organizational structure of an enterprise. By taking into account a complex of restrictions typical to peculiarities of industrial enterprises this approach fosters optimization of heterogeneous indicators of their organizational structure and makes it possible to consider requirements to the results of their functioning. Complex assessment of organizational structure efficiency of industrial enterprise was suggested. This assessment is supplemented by a generalizing system controllability indicator and enables evaluation of responsiveness of organizational structure as well as conditions of enterprise's running.
